The demand for rapid response support in the healthcare business doesn’t stop with the doctors. Cabrini Health was only too aware of this fact, and was seeking maintenance services for their critical IT infrastructure. Solution
Cabrini Health chose to partner with Interactive, who now provides critical maintenance support for Cabrini Health’s Cisco equipment, 80 HP servers and all its printers. Interactive’s hardware maintenance solution exceeded the service level agreement by including two hour on-site support by a dedicated engineer and 100% parts availability, all while reducing previous IT costs by a very substantial 20% in the process.
