Challenge
The BSR Group supports a number of franchisees across the country. The current intranet limited the timeliness and effectiveness of communications from the group to their franchisee partners. Further the group was concerned about potential security risks and franchisees found difficulty in the multiple logins needed to get to the information they required.
Solution
The company turned to Interactive for a better way of delivering the right content to the right people at the right time and invested in a fully-managed Office 365 solution for Intranet, email and office tools. The solution migrated an existing on-premise email facility to a cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 environment, along with migrating an existing WordPress intranet to a Microsoft SharePoint site. The SharePoint environment was enhanced using LiveTiles and the boosted security and access provisions available in the Azure cloud.
