We’re delighted to share that Interactive has been announced as a finalist across three categories in this year’s ARN Innovation Awards.
The Innovation Awards 2023 housed a record-breaking number of submissions in what will be the largest celebration of ecosystem excellence in delivering transformative customer solutions across Australia.
Representing the entire Australian ecosystem, 345 finalists (including 120 individuals) make the shortlist of the industry’s finest, spanning partner, start-up, vendor and distributor businesses.
Let’s take a look at why we made the list.
Partner Innovation – Collaboration
Partner Innovation recognises customer innovation and excellence across the key market segments of Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB, in addition to pioneering technology specialists and collaborative providers.
Our Collaboration submission showcased the global/international partner collaboration involved in delivering Immersion Cooling to the Australian market. Interactive assembled an alliance of leading global organisations to develop an Immersion Cooling solution which is deployed and scaled as needed. Partners included Vertiv, GIGABYTE, AMD and XENON.
Interactive lead the project, ensuring all the moving pieces ran smoothly and brought its decades of technological expertise and expert team to the fore.
Tech Innovation – Digital Transformation
Tech Innovation recognises partners leveraging established and emerging solutions to enhance customer innovation levels, underpinned by deep levels of expertise and specialist services.
We highlighted IPD Group’s extensive digital transformation and how Interactive supported them to achieve their goals. IPD Group (IPD) is an Australian operated electrical product distributor with more than 70 years’ experience.
IPD acquired four companies in a short period of time which brought with it the challenge to get five companies operating as one. This rapid growth was a first for IPD and they needed an experienced technology partner in acquisitions and mergers.
Four acquisitions and listing on the ASX could have easily brought operations and growth to a halt if not handled correctly. Partnering with Interactive, IPD shifted the complexity into experienced and trusted hands, giving IPD’s IT team the ability to lift out of the weeds and keep looking and moving forward.
Tech Innovation – Cloud
Our Cloud submission showcased our expertise in cloud and our work with Amity College.
Operating out of 3 campuses across NSW, Amity College is a leading K-12 educational institution that was faced with temperamental, ageing hardware and an obsolete server infrastructure that was rapidly reaching storage capacity. Operating in this environment was limiting the school’s ability to grow and innovate, and with the opening of a new campus on the horizon, this meant it was facing significant problems in expanding its digital capacity.
Amity College partnered with Interactive for the cloud migration process, taking advantage of Interactive’s ongoing Managed Services. This extended to an increase in the school’s security measures, with Sentinel being rolled out across the network. The migration made school operations run safer, faster, and more affordably.
The winners will be selected by an executive panel of industry judges – acknowledging creativity, innovation and excellence. They will be announced at a celebration dinner at ICC, Sydney on Thursday, 16 November.
