A trusted technology partner

We’re thrilled to share that Interactive is one of three finalists in this year’s CRN Impact Awards.

Amid an extremely competitive pool of nominations, our partnership with APT Travel Group (ATG) saw us named as one of three finalists in the ‘Trusted Systems’ category.

“We are honoured to be a finalist in this year’s CRN IMPACT Awards. I’m incredibly proud of our team who worked tirelessly on this project and continue to deliver exceptional end-to-end managed services to ATG across Azure cloud, business continuity, cyber security and end user services. Congratulations to everyone involved”

- Dan Cox, General Manager of Digital Transformation

Trusted Systems Award

This award recognises projects that improve customer resilience through projects that protect data, enhance security, ensure business continuity or improve an organisation’s ability to recover from a disaster.

Our customer: APT Travel Group

Today, ATG is Australia’s most awarded and largest locally owned tour company, maintaining an unparalleled commitment to innovation in defining what travel means, not only in Australia but the world. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, ATG and the wider travel industry was ultimately brought to a standstill – motivating ATG to pivot its business priorities and focus on digital transformation.

We’ve taken this as an opportunity to refresh our business strategy and really focus on where we want to go from a digital and technology point of view. So, we’ve partnered with Interactive to give us greater scale and capability”, shared Lorna Heyward, COO, ATG.

As part of ATG’s security transformation, we helped to re-baseline and improve their overall risk position. Using Microsoft Azure best practice guidelines, we migrated ATG’s environment and rebuilt it into Azure public cloud, providing enhanced security for the business.

Now that Interactive has implemented SIEM and its CREST accredited CSOC services, Interactive is consistently monitoring and managing risks – delivering an exceptional, robust and resilient solution.

Lorna Heyward, COO at ATG “Through our partnership with Interactive and Microsoft, we’re in far better shape than ever before”
