About the role:
This position has the responsibility for managing, implementing, and refining the incident management lifecycle and the active management of Major Incidents within Interactive’s Cloud and Managed Services (CMS) environment. Comfortable working as part of a 24x7x365 roster.
Some of the key things you’ll do:
- Ownership and coordination of Major Incidents and Incident Management activities
- Incident Management Reporting
- Participate in ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and SOC2 audits as required, ensuring that there are no negative observations made within the Incident Management process
- Contribution to the continual service improvement practices within Interactive
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Incident Management or Major Incident Management, or a parallel ITIL discipline
- Ability to interact at all levels including technical, Management and Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to run major incident bridges and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders, sometimes throughout multiple major Incidents at a time
