Role:
  
As the Head of Learning, you will drive our learning strategy, foster a culture of continuous development and ensure our employees have the skills they need to excel.
  
Some of the key things you’ll do:

• Lead the design and implementation of talent management, planning and performance development programs to drive career growth and capability.
• Oversee the development and delivery of learning programs including leadership development.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align learning with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals.
• Contribute to key OD initiatives, including talent retention, engagement and cultural programs
• Own our LMS ensuring it scales to meet evolving needs.

 About You:

• You’ve got solid experience in a senior L&D role, ideally with experience in the IT industry (preferred, but not required).
• You’ve designed and rolled out leadership and talent development programs.
• You’re well versed in L&D and OD, know what best practices look like, and know how to make them happen.
• You’re skilled at working with vendors but also have a knack for creating engaging, creative content.
• You’re tech-savvy and passionate about using systems to solve problems.
• You’ve always got fresh ideas and are eager to try new approaches.
• A natural storyteller with a real passion for helping people grow in their careers.
