Head of Demand Generation Marketing

About the role:
Reporting to our GM – Marketing you’ll lead our Field Marketing team, work hand-in-hand with our sales team and directly impact the growth of our business.
You’ll also work directly with our Executive Team and have the freedom to push the envelope, try new things and make an impact.
Some of the key things you’ll do
- Lead, develop and coach a team of Field Marketing Managers
- Design go-to-market strategies and define key audiences, addressable markets and unique selling propositions
- Own the design and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads for our sales teams
- Enhance our use of data to help us define and understand our existing and future customers
- Improve the overall maturity of how we generate, qualify and manage leads
- And you’ll work hand-in-hand with our wider marketing team, which includes communications, data, digital and creative specialists
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve previously held B2B marketing roles within the IT sector
- You have leadership experience and have previously led small to medium marketing teams
- You have numerous examples of running successful campaigns that have generated/increased demand & leads
- You’ve developed multi-channel marketing strategies either at a business unit or company level
- You’ll bring plenty of ideas! We don’t want someone just to maintain the status quo – we want this role to challenge, innovate and drive further growth
- ….and you have a data driven approach to marketing and have plenty of experience maximising and optimising data and tools
