Managing network technologies as a business nbn™ accredited adviser

Interactive is proud to announce our newly minted status as a business nbn™ accredited adviser.

Following completion of training and accreditation processes, we can now advise customers on the acquisition and support of business nbn™ technologies through our extensive network of retail service provider (RSP) partnerships. These technologies include business nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet, business nbn™ Satellite Service, nbn™, business nbn™ Ethernet Traffic Classes (TC1, TC2, TC4), and more.

Managing network technologies can be a complex endeavour for many Australian organisations, especially those with multiple sites, connection points, and a variety of network technologies, both legacy and new. At the same time, organisations are looking for a range of high quality connectivity options to help drive digital transformation initiatives, boost customer, employee and partner collaboration experiences, and drive cost efficiencies and effectiveness across the business IT and network ecosystem.

Energised by their enhanced capabilities to support customers, Ben Richards, General Manager Data Centres and Networks at Interactive, said, “Network services can get complicated fairly quickly. For our customers, having an independant, trusted partner to advise them can make all the difference in providing clarity and confidence to achieve the best solution possible.

“We’ve seen an increased demand in the market for business nbn™ services, this new accreditation allows us to help our customers navigate not only business nbn™ technologies and options, but also the business nbn™ offerings available across the marketplace.”

With today’s digital landscape constantly transforming, and many businesses relying daily on video conferencing and cloud-based applications, network reliability has become increasingly critical for operational performance and efficiency. Business nbn™ is looking to supercharge the digital capability of organisations across Australia with its business nbn™ Business Fibre Initiative, by providing more access to its business-grade fibre than ever before. As a newly certified nbn partner, we can now deliver services and support for a range of customers across all industries in both metro and regional locations in Australia as they look to access the nbn™ network.

Ben continues, “Our expert staff are now certified business nbn™ advisers which means there’s always someone on hand to assist customers with their business nbn™ related needs. We’re constantly striving to deliver exceptional service delivery for our customers. We love simplifying complexity, and making life easier for our customers, so they can get on with running their businesses more strategically.”
