Our new purpose built premises are a combination of office, warehouse and data-centre facilities designed to cater for our growth in our Hardware Maintenance as well as our critical Business Recovery Services. As we grow - and provide more to our customers - it means more engineers, more spare parts, more data-centre infrastructure and ultimately, more comprehensive service coverage. In 2003, Interactive recorded growth of 23% for the fiscal year - in Hardware Maintenance and Business Recovery Service - our 15th consecutive double-digit growth result. This continued trend proves that good quality service is always in demand, regardless of the global economic conditions. And as a result, Interactive continues to evolve into a better stronger organisation. Some of the tangible changes are that we are employing more staff, expanding our office and warehouse structures as well as continuing to focus on the calibre and training of our staff.
