Experienced Administrator with a proven background in Microsoft Messaging technologies with a minimum 3 Years proven experience in supporting Microsoft Messaging systems.

We are commencing a significant re-architecture of our Internal IT environment and upgrades. Consequently we are looking to introduce a new team member to assist with the deployment of such technologies and ongoing support and maintenance of the new environment whilst in parallel ensuring the legacy environment is supported.

To be successful you will have the following experience:

• Exchange Systems Administration (min 2003. 2010 a distinct advantage)
• Working knowledge of Sharepoint 2003/2007
• System Maintenance (including O/S & Exchange patching and updates)
• Mobile Messaging Technologies, iPhone
• Blackberry Systems support
• Instant Messaging
• Mailbox migrations
• Microsoft or other industry standard qualifications would be an advantage
• Messaging Client software management and support (Outlook, Blackberry, iPhone, tablets, web mail)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Strong understand of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes

Having a high level of interaction with management teams, clients, vendors and partners, excellent communication and outstanding customer support skills are essential. You will also have the ability to work well within a team and have demonstrated experience working in high pressure environments. Knowledge of MS Exchange at a design level is advantageous
