You’ve got to be great! Experience in L&D or OD is essential. We don’t just coordinate external providers, we make it happen. You’ll design, facilitate and roll out initiatives to help us achieve our strategic plan. You’ll need flawless project management skills and be able to win the confidence of our already engaged staff and leaders. You’ve got to make a difference and you’ve got to add value!
Our head office is in Melbourne and our HRD is based out of Sydney. We don’t mind where you are based, but you will travel regularly to our two major locations, building talent and organisational capability, through progressive and targeted learning and development strategies.
