Our graduate programs are structured to ensure that you gain exposure to all aspects of the business through rotational placements. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Sales Graduates

As an Interactive Sales Graduate you will work alongside our top sales professionals who will help accelerate your learning and professional growth within a supportive team environment. You will participate in a rotational program aimed at providing you with a solid understanding of our service offerings and the skills and experience to be a successful Business Development Manager or Account Manager. You will receive structured training as well as practical coaching and mentoring.

You will also participate in the Interactive University program, where you will receive certifications in best practice sales skills and methodologies including:

Consultative Selling
Presentation skills
Effective Negotiation
Technical skills
Business communication skills

Specifically, we are looking for customer-focused graduates who are eager to learn, resourceful, achievement-oriented, smart, business savvy, entrepreneurial and most of all prepared to work hard.

Engineering Graduates

As an Interactive Engineering Graduate, you will work side by side with our dedicated and highly skilled Field Service specialists and receive on the job training in a range of IT services, including hardware maintenance, data centre services, managed services and cloud computing.

Our vendor independent status, means you will not be limited to one technology, rather you will receive training and gain “real life” experience across a range of technologies, including IBM, CISCO, NetApp, VMware, Sun systems, HP, Nimsoft, CommVault and many others.

On a rotational basis over a period of 12 months you will work across all dedicated areas of our technical teams and gain hands on experience of the role of an Interactive Engineer. You will also have the opportunity to gain industry recognised certifications and participate in a significant business project.
