We are the supplier of choice for hardware maintenance, software support, disaster recovery, co-location data-centre services, outsourcing and cloud computing to thousands of companies across the Asia pacific region. Our customer base will steadily grow and we will continue to evolve in line with our customers’ requirements. No customer is too small, and every client is important to us. We will continue to provide great service at a cost-effective price, and as always, we will deliver upon our commitments.

Our vendor-neutral services will deliver speed and technical expertise unmatched in the industry. Interactive’s customised services provide a single point of contact and service quality across the entire IT services stack. As such, Interactive will remain the benchmark by which our competitors judge themselves.

 

History
Established as an alternative hardware maintainer for large IBM systems, Interactive began its life in 1988. With a philosophy based on traditional IBM service practices with a firm goal to deliver superior customer service with professionalism and integrity. Interactive dedicated itself to supplying critical hardware services and maximising system availability for its customers. Ensuring that the best people and the necessary resources were made available, Interactive quickly became renowned for promptness and efficiency.

As a natural extension of our hardware maintenance services, Interactive began providing operating system support for AIX and OS400 in 1995. Services were further expanded to include Intel based servers from both IBM and Compaq/HP in 1997. In 1998 Interactive commenced providing disaster recovery solutions and co-location data centre services. Due to our excellent market reputation and faultless customer track record, Interactive was selected by NetApp in 2001 to provide warranty support for all NetApp systems in Australia and New Zealand. In 2005, Interactive hardware maintenance services expanded to include Sun and Cisco, making us the most comprehensive multi-vendor provider in the Australian marketplace.

In 2007 Interactive began providing outsourcing and cloud services to many of its data centre customers. This has led to Interactive building a specialist team of technical architects, storage experts and operational staff who manage our ever-growing cloud customer base.
