Each customer is assigned
a dedicated Relationship Manager, in addition to your Engineer
and Sales Representative. Your Relationship Manager will
provide non-technical support and will be your primary point
of contact for any queries you may have. Your Relationship
Manager is responsible for understanding what is important
to you, who are the key personnel, and what your business
is trying to achieve. The better we understand your business,
the better service we can provide to you.
Specifically, the Relationship Manger will also administrate
the following:
- Equipment additions and deletions
- Handle invoicing queries
- Manage contract renewals and variations
- Handle service related issues or any concerns that you
may have
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure service excellence

The IT industry is complex and fluid, with constant changes taking place at each customer site - the job of the Relationship Manager is to make these changes simpler for you. But most importantly of all, their role is to know and understand each customer and interpret the required priorities and needs to ensure that Interactive delivers, in the best way possible.
