Interactive News August 2004 Interactive showcased its services at the annual 'Interaction Conference' held in Melbourne at the Carton Crest Hotel, 9th-11th August 2004
Our display drew more than 300 delegates over the course of the event which provided an excellent opportunity to view our services and talk to our staff. Interaction is a non-profit membership-based organisation serving the users of IBM products and services throughout Australia. It was formed by amalgamating Australasian SHARE/GUIDE, COMMON Australasia and Team RS/6000 into a single entity. Interaction is a focused and effective forum for IT users. It continues to be a valuable resource for its members. Our involvement has further enhanced our reputation as a leading IBM Hardware Maintenance provider. Our congratulations go to Oysten Berg from Caprice on winning the Gold Coast Trip, staying at the Marriott, for his excellent judgement in our 'Smartie Competition'. Buy the way the Jar held 10,830 Smarties (he guessed 10,852). With the success of the event we are already planning our display for next year's convention to be held in Sydney in 2005 |
2003 In review - 2004 a look ahead The calendar year 2003 was yet another great year for the Interactive Group of Companies. The business recorded exceptional revenue growth of 19% to $27 million per annum. Perhaps more importantly, Interactive showed improvements in both Staff Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction Ratings. These two key indicators accurately depict the quality of service delivered to our customers. In the highly competitive computer industry, quality of service will ultimately determine the level of success achieved, and at Interactive, we never lose focus on our goals - to provide the highest level of service to our customers. The coming year 2004 again looks strong, with further expansion both in terms of products as well as where we deliver them. I am proud to announce the opening of our Canberra Office, located in Fyshwick ACT, and the expansion of both our Adelaide and Perth operations. Thank you to all our customers for your loyal support and we look forward to continuing to be of service to you. Sincerely, Christopher L. Ride Managing Director Interactive Pty Ltd |
