Interactive News August 2003 In July 2003, Interactive relocated to new offices in Melbourne.
Our new purpose built premises are a combination of office, warehouse and data-centre facilities designed to cater for our growth in our Hardware Maintenance as well as our critical Business Recovery Services. As we grow - and provide more to our customers - it means more engineers, more spare parts, more data-centre infrastructure and ultimately, more comprehensive service coverage. It is an exciting time when an organisation is certain that it provides an excellent service at a competitive price, and that the market is welcoming its expansion.
To all our customers who currently support us, thank you. And to all those customers considering our suite of services, we look forward to demonstrating the benefits of Interactive Service and Support - you will not be disappointed. Sincerely, Christopher L. Ride Managing Director Interactive Pty Ltd |
May 1st 2003 Welcome to the new Interactive Web page. I am sure you all agree that the result is a worthy representation of our company and our services. In 2003, Interactive recorded growth of 23% for the fiscal year - in Hardware Maintenance and Business Recovery Service - our 15th consecutive double-digit growth result. This continued trend proves that good quality service is always in demand, regardless of the global economic conditions. And as a result, Interactive continues to evolve into a better stronger organisation. Some of the tangible changes are that we are employing more staff, expanding our office and warehouse structures as well as continuing to focus on the calibre and training of our staff. In the end, it means we can provide more services on more products with the same high levels of quality you have come to expect from us over the last 15 years. To all of our new customers and to those of you who have supported us over a long period (some from the very beginning), we thank you for your support and look forward to providing the best service available. Sincerely, Christopher L. Ride Managing Director
