Simon Durkin Director of Sales Simon joined Interactive in 2002, bringing with him great experience from the IT industry. His department is responsible for all new customer sales and the ongoing improvement of Interactive’s processes. Simon has previously held a number of sales and management positions with Ferntree Computer Corporation, GE Capital IT Solutions and CSC. |

Steve Squires Director of Engineering Steve joined Interactive in 2008 as Director of Engineering to head up Interactive's Engineering departments including the Service Desk, Technical Services and Service Delivery businesses. Steve has over 35 years of IT experience including running service delivery companies and working for many of the large Australian banks and insurance companies. He previously held senior executive roles in various companies including QBE Insurance, Powerlan and Cardlink where he was responsible for IT infrastructure and delivery of services across Australasia. |

Chelsie Hemingway Director of Customer Relationships Joining Interactive in 1997, Chelsie undertook her national role in February 2002 having previously managed the Victorian relationship team. The responsibility of her department is ensuring the longevity, retention and growth of Interactive’s 1000+ clients through strong relationships and clear communication. Prior to joining Interactive, Chelsie had 7 years in the hospitality industry with the Regent Hotel Group. |

Ian McCallum Director - Business Solutions Group Ian joined Interactive in 2008 as Director of Strategic Development to head Interactive's Outsourcing and Managed Services business. Ian has over 25 years experience in international communications and IT in Australia and Europe. He previously held senior executive roles in various companies including Orange Business Services (formerly Equant) and British Telecom where he established and maintained the successful provision of managed services solutions to many global organisations. |
